About The Tournament Weekend

Join the Soccer Resort for the our 3^rd annual Dublin Classic 5v5 with teams joining us from across the country for a one day football tournament against teams from Ireland, England, and the U.S

This year's tournament shall run from 9am to 2pm just so we all don't miss that crucial Ireland match. 

Check out our other tournaments from Vegas to London, and San Francisco to Miami South Beach - it's a great weekend away - made all the cheaper if you win some Soccer Resort credits.

The Soccer Resort is extremely excited to have local teams join our national series of tournaments. Play, yell, compete, or shake hands against teams from all over the U.S., Canada, Europe, and overseas – after-all it’s nice to play against some new teams. And if you win a top or consolation division, you’ll win up to $1000 of credit towards one of our travel tournaments, such as Las Vegas, Costa Rica, Miami South Beach, Hawaii, Iceland, or London.

Soccer Tournament Details

On the football side, we'll have various different tournaments running over the weekend.

It's approx a 1/3 sized field with 25 yards wide, and approx 50 yards long.

• Women's 5v5 B division (Division 2 Intermediate)
• Coed / Mixed Open

WHY PLAY 5v5
You get a lot more of the ball - more than in a regular 11v11, and while we prefer the 11v11 game, you'll find it a lot easier to get 5-6 people together to travel than 15-16. Irish teams cost Euros 150 per team

Tournament Prizes

Soccer Resort is not only a vacation weekend - but winners, and runners-up in the top divisions and lower level consolation cups always get Soccer Resort Bucks as a prize. This is not  actual money, but more like a credit or a discount on hotel and tournament packages for your next Travel  tournament. We don;t pretend it's like winning the lottery, but many of our teams appreciate that we are making further trips cheaper. These prizes are for travel to most but not all tournaments. More info

The Hotel for the weekend is the Jury's Inn in Christchurch Dublin, right in the heart of Dublin City Center.
