About The Tournament Weekend

Join us for our for annual Toronto tournament on Saturday, October 25, 2008. Take advantage of our neighbor to the North and enjoy all that Toronto has to offer. Being the largest city in Canada, and the fifth largest in all of North America ensures that there is plenty to do regardless of your tastes. Aside from being fantastic city full of museums, restaurants and a vast array of different cultures on display Toronto also has the great Canadian wilderness to explore only miles from the city limits. Prices start as low as $199 for 3 days and 2 nights in Toronto.
The Soccer Resort is extremely excited to have local teams join our national series of tournaments. Play, yell, compete, or shake hands against teams from all over the U.S., Canada, Europe, and overseas – after-all it’s nice to play against some new teams. And if you win a top or consolation division, you’ll win up to $1000 of credit towards one of our travel tournaments, such as Las Vegas, Costa Rica, Miami South Beach, Hawaii, Iceland, Ireland, or London.

Soccer Tournament Details
We expect a good turn out again in the fall following the success of our spring tournament. We expect teams from leagues all across the United States and Canada join us again and even expect a few European sides to take part as well.
The tournament will be played on great field turf fields located only 20 minutes away from our hotel. On the soccer side you get:

7v7 (atleast 3 girls on the field for Coed)

At least five games guaranteed on Saturday.

30 minutes per game

Complimentary souvenir jerseys for travel teams

Trophies for the winners and medals for the runners-up

Tournament Prizes
Soccer Resort is not only a vacation weekend - but winners, and runners-up in the top divisions and lower level consolation cups always get Soccer Resort Bucks as a prize. This is not actual money, but more like a credit or a discount on hotel and tournament packages for your next Travel tournament. We don;t pretend it's like winning the lottery, but many of our teams appreciate that we are making further trips cheaper. These prizes are for travel to most but not all tournaments. More info
